What is Otatoway return policy?
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, you can return that product to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is re-saleable. We will not however refund delivery charges if the item is returned simply because it is unwanted.
Abuse: The items that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a return.
Responsibility for Return Freight:
We do not bear any return freight other than for quality issues. If you return the product simply because it is unwanted, you will need to bear return freight.
Can I exchange my item?
We don’t offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different one, please return your unwanted item at your own cost and place a new order.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned item, it will take 2-4 business days to process the refund. The funds will be refunded through the original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for the bank to process the refund.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Pls Contact our Otatoway‘s online support team directly or send an email to Sales-lisa@otatoway.com with your order number and the reason for the return in your communication.
2. Once your return request is approved, please package the product securely using the original packaging method.
3. Send the package to the address : 2090 s Etiwanda Ave,Ontario,CA,US 91761
4. Finally, provide the return label or tracking number to our online support team or email. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your reference until the return is complete.
Please note that our Return & Exchange Policy applies only to products purchased from Otatoway.com. For products purchased through third-party platforms or retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
